Operational Excellence is a university-wide effort to streamline processes and improve administrative services. By rethinking “business as usual,” we can eliminate barriers to support teaching, research and other university missions.

The Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO), which provides leadership for university-wide initiatives and developments that require project management and coordination, is overseeing the Operational Excellence program.
